The goals of MOMS Club are: 1) to provide a support group for mothers who choose to stay at home to raise their children; 2) to provide a forum for topics of interest to mothers; 3) to help children in the community; 4) to perform at least one service project yearly helping needy children.
Head Start, a federally funded program, serves children zero to five years of age. NACOG Head Start programs use a comprehensive approach to meet the needs of enrolled children and their families. The programs work with families to address the education, health, dental, and nutrition needs of young children and provide many opportunities for parents to become engaged and to empower their own growth and development.
To serve as a cultural, informational, educational and recreational center for self-directed, lifelong learning by providing free access to comprehensive and quality print and non-print materials, collections and services that will be relevant to the wide-ranging needs of the citizens of Prescott.

Our priority priority areas are Poverty & Child Health, Early Brain & Child Development and Quality of Care & Child Safety. Reach Out and Read (ROR) falls under our Early Literacy initiative under the Early Brain & Child Development priority. ROR prepares America’s youngest children to succeed in school by partnering with doctors to prescribe books and encourage families to read together.
To provide a special program of community outreach, offering quality training in the Fine Arts (music, art, dance and theater) for all ages, with high moral standards. Offering private lessons in piano, voice, guitar, strings and classes in dance, drama, guitar, visual arts; two choirs available for ages 4-18.
